Working as an office manager within the company my main roles were overseeing all administrative duties, liasing with clients and working closely with the director to maintain the smooth running of the office.
Within this role my duties included but we're not limited to communicating with clients, drafting and typing legal documentation, attending court hearings as Legal Assistant, managing staff calendars, managing hearing calendars, booking meeting rooms, working as a PA for Director.
My duties included answering all telephone calls, booking meeting rooms, greeting clients, managing staff calendars, organising couriers, booking staff flights
I am a graduate of the Fashion Retail Academy, where I took a Level 3 Diploma in Fashion Retail which covers Buying & Merchandising, PR, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Management skills and other subjects in the Retail industry. The nature of my course has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills.
