Work as an AutoCad Operator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Edit and sketch drawings using AutoCad as per specifications and instruction by the project manager
• Extraction of Shopdrawing from Contract drawing for Consultants approval
• Checking of shopdrawings if it is according and not conflict with other drawings
• Provide detail/sketch drawings for Site engineers for easy reference

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze monthly consumption of consumers.
• Extract list of consumers who are doubted with illegal connection.
• Plan and schedule inspection and site investigation.
• Send inspection team for site investigation.
• Issue illegal connection notice and penalties to those caught with illegal connections.
• Liaise with other department regarding consumers caught with illegal connection.
• Speak, negotiate, explain and advice consumers about the illegal connection and how to overcome the problem.
• Collect and monitor payments of illegal connection penalties.
• Arrange files/documents for records and traceability.
• Prepare monthly reports and any other reports required by the department head.

Site Engineer(Structural Phase)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily routine site inspection
• Daily productivity report
• Prepares and submits daily inspection reports
• Interpretation of plans and specifications
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule
• Review and evaluate progress of work.
• Preparation of pre-inspection of work area
• Coordinating with QC engineer and other trades/subcon during site inspection
• Interprets plans, specifications and contract requirements for implementation.
• Documentation of incoming and outgoing documents such us inspection result, method statements, and other related communications
• Supervision and daily monitoring of manpower
• Directly reporting and coordinating with the Project Manager

QA/QC Engineer(Architectural Phase)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspect various sub-contractor works such as ceiling, tiling works etc.
• Consultant’s Non-Compliance Notice(NCN) in charge for closure
• Sketch drawings using AutoCAD
• Jotting down notes for meetings
• Prepare minutes of meeting
• Review and evaluate progress of work.
• Prepare shopdrawings and details in case of necessity.
• Identifies sequence of work interfacings and methodology as per contract.
• Interprets plans, specifications and contract requirements for implementation.
• Documentation of incoming and outgoing documents such us inspection result, minutes of the meeting, method statements, and other related communications.
• Produce method statements as required for a particular work, which
include procedures/methods of rectification and implementation.
