three detached container yard and port terminal facilities as follows;
-PIER 14 at Manila North Harbor C-3 Road;
-CY R2 at Harbor Center at Vitas;
-Main CY at Balut, Tondo;
-A total of 56 of various specified types of applications of MHE units
as follows;
-Six ( 6 ) units of 45 metric tons cap. Container Reach Stackers;
-Ten ( 10 ) units of 48 metric tons cap Container Top Loader-
Lifters;
-Four ( 4 ) units of 25 metric tons cap. Container Side Lifter-
Loaders;
-Twelve ( 12 ) units of 48 metric tons cap. Heavy Forklifts;
-Six ( 6 ) units of 125 metric tons cap Truck Mounted lattice
Boom Cranes;
-Eight ( 8 ) units of 25 metric tons cap. Heavy Forklifts;
-Ten ( 10 ) units of 3.5 metric tons cap Forklifts;
2. Duly In-charge in the daily allocation / assignment / Rqmt of Port
Operational Activities on the number of Ocean cargo Vessels-Ships
scheduled to be facilitated ( for discharging and for loading ) in
regards of specified number of Material Handling Eqpmt Units with
corresponding Required number of MHE Unit Operators for
work efficiency;
3. Duly In-charge for the Effective and efficient Daily Activity
Accomplishment of assigned MHE Unit Operators in regards with;
-Mandatory submission of MHE-unit Operators Daily Activity
Accomplishment Report Summaries;
-Daily Tally Sheet on the number of TEUs, Loosed Cargoes
Loads and Loaded Flat Racks facilitated;
-Daily MHE Unit Pre-Use Inspection Reportrs;
-Immediate Spot Reports on MHE units encountering malfunction
-Incident Reports
-Effective wearing of all issued Safety Protective Coverings,
such as Safety helmets, Safety Shoes, Safety Vests, Safety
Goggles and issued Cover-alls;
4. Duly Responsible and over-all in charge in the effective and
efficient daily Preventive Maintenance Systems Programs being
done by assigned Terminal Repair Maintenance Group Mechanics
on the following;
-Daily Preventive Maintenance assigned Activities / no. of MHE
units;
-Daily MHE Unit Monitoring Control;
-Daily Pre-Use Check ups and Tune ups of all assigned MHE
units;
-Physical Control on all fuel, lubricants and grease daily usage /
consumption;
-Weekly Submission of all specified parts subject for possible
repair, rehab, and replacement;
-Daily Submission of MHE Unit Diagnostic Reports;
-Daily report on all MHE units that are not properly utilized and
physically maintained by assigned MHE unit Operators;
5. Duly Responsible and over-all in charge in the proper and safe
handling of all TEUs, Loosed Cargo Loads ( LCLs ) and Full
loaded Flat Racks ( FLFR ) at designated Port & CY Terminal
Facilities as follows;
-Berthing / Quaying Areas;
-Marshalling / Apron Areas;
-CY Intermodal Areas;
-CY Rolling Cargo Areas;
6. Duly Responsible and over all in charge on the effective and
efficient and safe and smooth traffic flow control for utmost MHE
Unit Safety;
7. Direct Responsible on the critical parts analysis monitor program
on which;
-All recurring MHE-unit moving parts that are being affected,
damaged and worn-out;
-Review of all MHE movement being done by MHE Unit Optrs;
-Proposed course of action to be taken to improve and eliminate
in-effective MHE-UNIT Movement;
-Re-briefing on the proper MHE Unit Utilization by assigned MHE
unit Operators;
8. Duly Responsible in the MHE Planning and Control Program in
regards with;
-Storage Activities;
-Loading Activities;
-Unloading Activities;
-Re-arranging of storage Activities;
-transporting Activities;
9. Duly Responsible in the effective implementation of port and Cy
transport Safety operations;
-Orientation of all MHE-Unit Operators on Traffic Safety Signs and
Indicators
-Effective and Efficient Preventive Maintenance Systems Programs of
all assigned Heavy Material Handling Equipment Units allocated at
