2. Assures that quality services are being provided by frequently asking customers feedback in regards with our overall services.
3. Attend customer complaints and generate a solution to the problem.
4. Provides correct and accurate information to the customers.
5. Responsible with the documents checking, registration, payments and booking arrangement's for the student.
6. Register the customer to open file for applying driving licence using ERP and RTA system.
7. Making the reports on progress within the department outline any developed strategies to improve.
