DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Making reports on daily consumable items
Rotation of food -old first-newest latest (FIFO)
Make sure production chart are closely followed and adhered to
Work as directed on station of under appropriated
Well manage daily client assistance
Ensure that all item properly clean and orderly
Honest and hard working
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors
Maintain the highest standards of personal health and hygiene at all times.
Ensure that the food preparation area is kept clean and orderly
Products and services are explained to the customer at all appropriate times.
Food items to be checked for quality, expiry date and temperature
Food preparation is carried out in hygienic manner with attention paid to the critical control points of food safety
All ingredients are checked for the correct type and quality required
Problems with food quality are identified and reported promptly to the appropriate person
Ensures that all cold food items are prepared in an attractive and appetizing manner
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Prepare and finalizes the vegetables, salad and desserts (basic mis-en place) for distribution for the outlets
Store the mis-en place properly and according to the standards
