• Coordinates with the senior planner of the PMC team for contractor’s progress and identify reasons for delay.
• Prepares % progress based on cost accounts for IPC.
• Prepares review and comments on contractor’s document submissions.
• Prepares King’s/Minister’s report as required by the client.
• Monitors contractor’s material submittal and procurement status.
• Coordinates with contractor’s planners for site progress inspections and weekly meetings.
• Prepares letter correspondents for the client.
• Acting as consultant’s planning coordinator between Management and Contractor’s Team.

• Main contractor’s planning engineer for the project and oversees planning requirement as required by the project director and the consultant.
• Prepares program schedule in Primavera for the tower’s structural, architectural, and electro-mechanical Works.(WBS or Activity Data items)
• Prepares cost loading and resources loading for the program schedule of the towers.

• Prepares monthly cash flow and cost to complete for the towers.
• Prepares monthly and weekly reports including its S-Curve and charts.

• Prepares additional reports for the company’s monthly and weekly requirements.
• Prepares weekly and monthly look ahead for sub-contractor’s implementation.

• Prepares weekly billing and accomplishment status for every project handled.
• Prepares bar bending schedules, manpower schedules and equipment schedules for various project handled.
• Prepares document requirements for pre-bid and bids.

• Main contractor’s QA/QC engineer for the vessel and oversees Qa/Qc requirement as required by the project manager and the ship’s captain.
• In charge of the quality control of the vessel repair and dry docking works such as hot works, carpentry, masonry works.
• Prepares accomplishment and progress billing for the vessel various projects.
• Prepares cost estimates and cost analysis for various project as warehouses, offices, commercial buildings, etc.
• Consultant of the master of vessel for other structural items for vessel repairs and renovation.
• Check material requisition for plates, girders, I-beams specification before usage

• Main contractor’s resident engineer for the project and oversees construction requirement as required by the project Manager and the Philippine Government.
• In charge of construction for land development and housing.
• Supervises and manages the project both horizontal and vertical and manages manpower.
• Prepares the progress billing and accomplishment reports of the project.
