Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overview FSQ staff management at Food Catering Flight Services and facilities.
• Compliance with the ISO 22000 2018, ISO 45001, ISO 14 000, Halal Certification and Laboratory standards.
• Perform internal daily report for identified Non Conformities
• Perform laboratory procedure in the absences of the laboratory technician.
• Readiness and preparation for the third party audit such as British airways, US Army veterinary audit and other airlines audit affiliates with KASCO.
• VIP flight preparation, monitoring and implementation of food safety guidelines.
• Evaluate the supplies chain if the materials are within quality standards.
• Evaluate raw materials in warehouse, refrigeration chiller, freezer, vehicles Hi loaders and main store.
• Performed HACCP facility activity coordination on a regular basis.
• Perform periodic inspection on the production area to make sure the proper execution of food safety methods.
• Conduct training program for the department according to the plan.
• Follow up implementation, updating documentation of the food safety management system.
