•The main role of the job is to book and follow up the logistical operations in an organized manner for containers of raw materials with all international marine shipping companies and also to review all details related to any shipment at any time easily and accurately to avoid any kind of financial losses for the company.
• Collecting all the documents required for the shipment of materials from all sources and conducting a thorough analysis and processing of them following the recognized international work system for ease of examination and review of the various departments.
• Create a detailed report daily on all the company's shipping operations for easy follow-up through the competent department.
• Notifying the different warehouses of the exact and orderly arrival date of each shipment, arranging and organizing the entry and exit of the trucks, and avoiding any type of financial fines for the company or the lack of readiness for the various unloading operations.
• Follow-up with port employees and customs brokers on all matters related to containers shipments arrangements following the final point of arrival of materials, in follow-up with the instructions of the competent department.
• Track all obstacles related to shipping operations and work to solve them as soon as possible to avoid any kind of financial penalties.
• Coordinating with the different internal truck drivers to arrange material transfers (from/to) the different loading and unloading points very accurately to avoid any kind of delay.
• Follow up with international shipping companies on matters related to the company's financial dues, if any, and work to assist the financial department in recovering them.
• Communicate with any internal or external party in a very professional manner and be aware of all the details required to facilitate shipping operations.
The main role of the job is to monitor members’ content, including all images, short videos, live broadcasts, large videos, written or audio publications, and take appropriate action against any violation of the rules of the application in order to achieve access to clean content that everyone can follow
