HSEQ Manager
• Responsible for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality aspects of all operations and activities of BAUER Environment in UAE
• Oversee HSE Officers, HSE Inspectors, Project based HSE Representatives and regularly reporting to the BEE Regional Manager
• Conduct task specific Risk Assessments, and Environmental Aspect Impact Assessments (including its revision, update and maintenance) in all projects, workshop and head office

• Responsible for the proper implementation of IMS (Integrated management System - Health, safety, Environment, Quality) and project specific documentation.
• Ensure that all work is undertaken in accordance with the company IMS and Industry Standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001(EMS), ISO 9001(QMS)), AD HSEMS RF, DM, UAE Federal Laws, Legal and other requirements
• MR (Management Representative) for establishing, implementing and maintaining IMS and reporting performance to senior management; coordinates and liaise with certification and accreditation bodies
• Plan, Develop and Conduct HSEQ audits and meetings at base and work sites in all contracted work locations
• Plan and conduct HSE Trainings and HSE mock Drills, measuring its effectiveness as well;
Conduct safety induction for new employees at the base and project personnel prior to mobilization.
• Conduct periodic site HSE inspection and Coordination with site supervisors and/or project coordinators for monitoring of site activities - Tool Box Talks, Safety Briefings, HSE meetings, document control, incident reporting, client requirements etc.
• Maintain and update documentations - BEE HSE Manual Procedures, records, forms, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment of all activities, equipment’s maintenance and calibration, method statements, etc.
• Maintain documents and records related to HSE - HSE Performance Data and Registers such as audit reports, meetings, site visits, Notifications, correspondences with clients and authorities, Incident reports, Near Miss reports, Tool Box Talks, Non compliances and corrective actions
• Review and approve Incident Report conducted by Incident Investigation Committee
• Conduct Incident Investigations, determines the corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence
