○ Leading the development and implementation of internal business process automations, product improvements, cost optimizations and envisioning new products and solutions through agile methodologies. ○ Creating and growing a team for technologies we didn't predominantly support, like Salesforce developers, to ensure business continuity and meet the requirements of the sales team.
○ Spearheading the initiation of a Toastmasters program, enlisting 5 mascots to enable our engineers to overcome inhibitions, actively participate in agile ceremonies, and generate impactful business ideas.
○ Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions across teams and departments to provide purpose to their work while preparing for potential contingencies and developing succession plans.
• Manager - Web Engineering
○ Our acquisition by WebMD at the close of 2019, advanced my role into expanding both product and delivery teams. ○ Reimagining the way we ran our campaign delivery operations from a purely top-down approach to an agile and efficient Kanban model. ○ Put into place various bespoke automation solutions using the Google suite of services like AppScripts and DataStudio coupled with API integrations for reporting and forecasting.
○ Proactively led migration initiatives from AWS cloud to on-prem. Working alongside global Infra and DevOps teams, successfully migrating all products off the cloud quickly with minimum disruption to our business while achieving significant cost savings of approximately USD 3, 500 every month. ○ Responsible for vendor management, including invoicing, build-or-buy analysis, and cost negotiations.

○ As our products and solutions gained company-wide recognition, my portfolio kept growing where I managed several other product lines and ensured team growth and product successes. ○ While gaining a comprehensive understanding of the products and services, I was at the forefront of negotiations with our technology vendors to phase out many in-house services.
