JOB DESCRIPTION
• Devising GTM strategies for launch activations in UAE and other countries
in GCC totaling to Value over US $200 MN in a year.
• Building fresh sourcing levers to aid to continuously growing top line.
• Involving with the setting up of UAE operations for Lodha group.
• Hosting investors gathering and addressing partner meets to drive sales
velocity.
Managing a team of 4-5 people and ensuring the completion of monthly
targets.
• Informing the new employees about the company policies & training
them on tasks to
ensure the deliverables are met.
• Ensuring the old employees are mentored, guided properly so that they
work with motivation & passion.
• Reporting to the National sales manager and the regional head on regular
basis in order to device the best strategic plan to escalate the daily
functions with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and guide the team in absence of sales manager, running
appointment drives and helping fellow consultants in closing.
• Explore and identify all the potential untapped market.
