• Ensure that all works are carried out as per pre-defined standards of EMAAR and to the guidelines and requirements of the regulatory bodies.
• Preparing weekly track sheets to monitor the progress of various projects across various properties.
• Preparing close-out files with all necessary documentation once works are completed.
