Specific Tasks:
•Supervise release and monitor of Return Order to vendor
•Monitor deliveries and Good Receipt posting to the system (including stock transfer of merchandise and fixed assets)
•Investigate Stock Transfer Order discrepancies and ensure issuance of Stock Transfer Discrepancy Report during stock transfer
•Ensure proper implementation of disposal of goods including scrap and garbage
•Responsible for the monthly generation and analysis of the department performance vs. KPIs
•Supervise and assist in counter-checking/prioritizing deliveries of fresh items at RDU
•Supervise store promo set-up (TLC, BAB, product highlights, seasonal events) according to plans
•Ensure proper monitoring, repairs and maintenance of refrigeration, compressor temperature for Selling/Warehouse
•Supervise scheduled cycle count and inventory adjustment activity and correct posting in the system
•Periodic review to ensure correctness of article parameters (if applicable): inventory, safety stock/min-max, RP type and PS material status
