Monitor the flow of work in the Service Department to ensure work accomplishment by coordinating with the customer on their vehicle status.
Provide estimation of time taken for completion of each repair order.
Procuring approvals from the customers for additional work.
Establish a process for prioritizing and scheduling customers for comebacks and repeat repairs.
Participate in departmental and dealership-wide meetings.
Planning of various marketing strategies related to advertising and promotional campaigns
Visiting corporate as per appointment on daily basis, and presenting about the company services
Handling inbound inquiries
Identify and build alliances with corporate business partners/ Agencies
Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition
