Received any inquiry from the Division Manager which coming from Marketing Division, review the documents especially the Scope of Work, analyzed of how to estimate the project which include all requirements. then list all the required materials by take off then include others requirements like NDT coverage, & any third party inspection. then, inquire the materials if available - ask the prices. then, start estimate by man hours, plus the materials, plus the consumables. the add the Indirect, the overhead & profits. lastly, make a summary and a grand total of the project.
