- Responsible in preparation of documents for interim payment certificates (IPC), progress monitoring report for site accomplishment/quantity take-off
- Negotiate with the consultants in behalf of the company for the reconciliation of claims submitted through interim payment certificate (IPC)
- Ensuring IPC submitted and claims is accordance with the planned cash flow
- Conducts quantity take-off based on tender, contract and approved shop drawings using CAD and other Quantity take-off software
- Check and coordinate with engineering CAD department for the changes made in the approved shop drawings
- Coordinate and discuss with Senior Quantity Surveyor for any possible variation that may arise due to modification of drawings during construction stage
- Prepare and submit necessary documents for variation order requested by the Client
- Conduct site inspection if necessary for the reconciliation of submitted claims
- Check and verify the quantity of the sub-contractor for their payment claims
- Check and reply to some inter-office memo to the other department
- Assess plans and specification
- Preparation and submission of interim valuations
- Manage and value variation
- Ensuring approved drawing is the basis of computation for monthly progress
- Coordination with the draftsman for every changes made in the drawing plan
- Assess plans and specification starting excavation until the little last part of the project
- Clarify on some conflict drawing design directly to the designer
- Set duration of finish for a portion of building to be quantified
- Carry out Value Engineering requiring by the client
- Distribute equal and proportionate work for my group as a team leader.
- Check the final quantity for defense and final evaluation
