Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Direct all human resources functions including recruitment, hiring, training, on-boarding and employee relations. Responsible for managing and monitoring annual departmental budgets for both business units. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Coordinate all company’s effort related to recruitment, on-boarding, and termination of full-time, part-time and temporary employees. Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with the company mission, vision, objectives and drives high performance. Plan and respond to the recruitment needs in a timely fashion. Oversee employee relations, benefits and compensation, staffing, management development and workforce analysis. Review job descriptions and personnel requisition and make recommendations for ensuring accuracy and consistency. Review all HR/Admin documents such as insurance, payroll, overtime pay, salary adjustment and End of Service Benefits (EOSB) prior execution.
Lead HR projects such as compensation and benefits plan. Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and site locations. Design company policy and procedures. Manage recruitment and selection process. Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems. Review and update employment contracts and agreements. Supervise recruitment, selection and hiring process. Track key HR metrics like costs per hire and retention rates. Prepare HR annual operational budget.
Analyze business structures, procedures, processes and utilization of resources. Implement change management projects that improves HR processes, systems, structures and culture. Monitor and measure the impact of interventions on employee performance, efficiency, employee retention and job satisfaction. Gathering and assessing feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes and highlights. Design and implement variety of development initiatives, action plans programs and training materials. Contribute to potential restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives. Recommend and implement policies and procedures based on a thorough knowledge of employment and benefit laws on the national level.
Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines. Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding. Participate in the Board of Directors preparation of annual budget and monitor expenditures. Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts. Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application. Managing leave records, employee benefits and claims administration. Working closely with finance and/or outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Administer compensation and benefit plans. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process. Conduct employee on-boarding and assist in organizing training and development initiatives. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve issues that may arise. Assist HR Manager in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Assist in the development of new employee through a complete company orientation and by offering individual assistance to help clarify their job responsibilities and goal objectives.
Act as the key HR contact point across the organization to communicate and manage the annual HR activities. Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues. Actively project manage, contribute or procure the correct resource for a multitude of HR projects to support business performance which includes but not limited to, people priorities, organization development, redundancies, performance management, talent reviews and succession, diversity and inclusion. Support management with the delivery of the People Plan, provide input to strategic bids, develop client relationships at an operational level, provide support and advice to managers on outputs from talent management process. Share and discuss business objectives and plans with HR Manager and Management to enable effective resource planning and to provide nationwide view of activities so that there is no clash of initiative. Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes and assure compliance and governance. Review of complex cases, sensitive issues as required by HR Manager and manage business risk.
