• Supervise the technicians, contractors work to ensure quality service is delivered with minimum downtime while also reporting the progress to engineer and line manager.
• In-charge of Building Management system.
• Attend all calls being forwarded by helpdesk to investigate reported problems, organize the technician and the work that need to be done, and supervise the works while ensuring that the problems are resolved to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all operation and maintenance task are performed in conformity with prescribe work methods, quality standards, and safety guidelines by conducting inspection when needed, guiding technicians, and participating in complex works when needed.
• Appraise specific works as instructed by the line manager, prepare the necessary reports with recommendations, and raise same to the line manager for action.
• Ensure that all work documentation is being properly filled by the technicians and that services weather scheduled or not are being updated to reflect the work progress.
• Organize the work of technicians based on the maintenance schedule for the allocated assets to ensure that required work is done on time without delay in service delivery.
• Supervise the technicians and monitor the work progress and quality of work that is assigned to them in order to ensure the work is done with high quality standards.
• Anticipate the need for materials and raise material request for approval to ensure availability prior to the start of the work.
• Conduct rick assessment before doing any activity
• Ensures that Safety rules will be followed
• Attend issues/complaints by the clients, patients and guest and follow customer service guidelines.
• Ensure all logged complaints / reactive work orders was attended and
responded as per the KPI service level agreement.
• Ensure that all critical rooms temperature & humidity are normal all the time
• (Isolation rooms, clinical laboratory & Operating rooms)
• Spearhead in troubleshooting and rectification of all HVAC and other related equipments.
• Replaced defective motor bearings and pump mechanical seal
• Conducted leak testing and rectification of refrigeration& air-conditioning units
• Operation and maintenance of HVAC equipments (Chiller, FAHU, AHU, CMAF, CSEF, LFP, EPF, SPF, FCU, VAVs, CHWP and Split A/C units, Walk-in Freezer & Chiller)
• Conduct pumps vibration test (Fluke 810)
• Implement safety procedure in every task
• Report to supervisor any abnormalities/malfunction for immediate rectification
• Operate building management system (Johnson Controls, Siemens & Honeywell)

LOCATION: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi & Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi

• Operation and maintenance of HVAC equipments (SAHU, EAHU, AHU, FCU, VAV & ECV, NPF, SPF, SEF, HEF, KEF, Pumps and Split A/C)
• Monitoring of Energy Transfer System and secondary pumps
• Attend issues/complaints by the clients, patients and guest and follow customer service guidelines
• Spearhead in troubleshooting and rectification
• Replaced defective motor bearings and pump mechanical seal
• Conducted leak testing and rectification of refrigeration& air-conditioning units
• Conducted refrigerant compressor replacement
