 Review all the existing utilities and the potential impact on the design of
new infrastructure development as part of clash analysis.
 Develop proposed corridor layout based on the MMUP 2012 Standard
corridor and the QHDM corridor considering all the existing utilities onsite. Prepares cross section and layout drawings for utility corridors, plan
for existing and proposed utilities and provides clash analysis.
 Review and carry out impact assessment on infrastructure projects in
Doha North area by approving/rejecting road opening permits. Handled
the assessment and approval of all applied construction permits.
Assessment involves counter checking the proposed construction work
within Doha North LR&DP in order to avoid conflict with the design or ongoing work on site. Main objective is to ensure compliance of contractor
in following the future proposed LR&DP development.
 Internally coordinate the impact of the utility authority’s proposed
construction activities within the LR&DP project area in order to avoid
future clashes.
 Involve in site inspection for the flooding at Kharatiyat area. Investigates
and prepares site inspection report for the flooded properties and
suggests possible solution to alleviate flooding within the area.
 Involve in the diversion of wet utilities which includes Water transmission
mains, foul sewers, TSE and Surface Water mains located within the
proposed railways station box. This should be in accordance with utility
authority and companies’ specific standards, requirements and
comments. Prepares clash analysis with various utilities.

 Tracks and checks utilities stakeholder information and making sure that
it is being incorporated in the design drawings.
 Involve in diversion of dry utilities which includes telecommunications and
electrical works. Coordinates with utility authorities for diversion
approvals.
 Involve in responding to site technical queries for under construction
infrastructure projects.
 Involve in tender evaluation (Technical) of C2 Projects.
