Projects and then as Director
Human Resource:
• Accountable for KPIs of 800 + employees locally and 500 employees worldwide which are handled by 15+ HR and legal consultants
reported directly to me. Develop and communicate the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the
performance management unit.
• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle, sourced the best talent from diverse sources which includes sourcing, short listing
candidates, conducting interviews, salary negotiations, joining formalities & background verification, preparing job descriptions
with the assistance of managers, and supervisors & maintaining a separate file for the same.
• Work in liaison with key stakeholders e.g., budget, strategy, and Human Resources Business Partners to establish and support the
link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking
progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organizational
performance.
• In liaison with the Learning & Leadership Development and Talent Management and Mobility Officers, contribute to the design,
implementation and management of effective leadership and employee development and talent management initiatives to address
performance gaps related to capacity/knowledge gaps among staff and overall talent sourcing, management, and mobility
programs. Maintaining systematic records HR database in an effective and efficient manner also handling recruitment reports on
weekly / monthly or quarterly basis.
• Led business area during the HR transformation period, successfully implemented a centralized recruiting model and shared
services for HR administration. Coordinate with the Human Resources Business Partners for the implementation by the Human
Resources Management department and managers of consequences related to performance evaluation results, e.g. performance
pay, Performance Improvement Plans, responses to requests for revision of the evaluation, reward and recognition activities,
learning and development activities, etc.
• Lead initiatives for introducing/maintaining best practices, including benchmarking relevant policies and practices with similar
organizations or market leaders, as may be approved from time to time.
• Performing tasks related to recruitment of employees, implementing staffing strategies, managing disciplinary issues, tracking HR
interventions, counseling, and motivating employees at all levels.
• Identifying and consolidated human resources training needs and conducting one-on-one or group training sessions as appropriate
with key involvement in implementing, administering, and interpreting corporate policies, programs and procedures.
• Responsible of staff engagement activities including accountability of company monthly newsletter, Innovative activities with staff,
company’s events, and store surprises. In addition, make sure all the staff will buy-in company’s objective and live the values.
• Provide consultation on employee performance management and discipline and negotiating and resolving. Created a succession
planning model for c-level executives and key management positions while identifying vacancy risk for current position holders.
