Job Description:
• Date Encoder- insuring all the delivery invoices received on the daily basis entered in the SABS system, file arranged properly and send to regional finance office. Confirming the warehouse delivery after arrival in the store thru JDA system.
• Supervise all the receiving process from warehouse and DSD delivery
• Document filling- arranged properly all the necessary documents archived in the office
• Communication- communicate thru proper channel for the speed of respond
• Inventory/Cycle Count- Participate the yearly inventory process and the daily cycle count
Job Description:
• Make scheduling for duty manager of the day
• Filling all office documents (Invoices, staffs documents, memo and etc.
• Keeping confidential and all the important transaction of the store
• Consolidated Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales Report
• Process store associates issues and concerns
• Report all Store issue to the General Manager
• Consolidated section Manager’s Pre-issued request for weekly promotion
• Making minutes. of the Weekly, Monthly Meeting
• Cashiering due to lack of store cashiers
• Making purchase order request to the Direct Suppliers and to the Central Warehouse
• Costumer Assistance
• Participate the Store Quarterly Inventory as per inventory team scheduled
• Replenishing of stock
• Received and display the delivered item from DSD and Central Warehouse
• Return the returnable items and overstock to the concern vendor or to Warehouse
