• To organize, collate and prepare all the relevant tender submission documents.
• Maintain a cohesive set of project documents including all the contractual documentation from the pre-tender and post-tender period to all of the project execution documents.
• Identify and plan the project’s document control requirements.
• Clarification, arbitration, technical authority role regarding Document Controller’s issues
Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.
• Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to HR Manager.
• Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual tasks.
• Receive, register and organize client provided documents for projects including in-house generated documents.
