1) Detailed planning, coordination, and interfacing of HSE activities within a continuous operating environment.
2) Resolves problems and difficulties encountered during the day to day operation phase.
3) Monitor progress and ensure that the projects are on time and in line with HSE Speculation set forth in the company manual and ISO standards
4) Inspect and review to monitor compliance with safety codes, and other regulations
5) Develop and implement quality control programs
6) Ensure by leadership and guidance that contacted works meets all practical, commercial requirements of productivity, HSE and contract target completions
7) Ensure practical security and protection of works and that all contractors’ provisions for the project are fit for purpose.
8) Demonstrate strong commitment to Safety Laws and implementation
9) Ability to lead and direct others on HSE under tight deadlines
10) Strong customer and team focus, with exhibited ability to develop good working relationships
11) Establishing consistent safety and health policies and action plans(Corporate, business unit, worksites, and partners)
12) Thoroughly complying with working standards and processes.( All employees, partners, and site workers)
13) Executing audits and patrols for safety practices
14) Continuously improving process and working environment
15) International project team and to communicate with Project Management, Contractors and Sub-contractors
