Recruitment & Selection
• Workforce planning in consultation with the Functional heads.
• Ensuring availability of required workforce as per plan.
• Developing new channels of hiring to ensure adequate workforce in all functions.
• Conducting interviews and coordinating with division heads on selection.
• Negotiating Salary as per the company salary structure.
Joining and Induction
• Releasing Offer letters.
• Completing Joining formalities for all new joiners as per the company standards- welcoming them on board, giving them a
brief about the company, HR policies, attendance, leave system etc.
Time Keeping, Leave, Compensation and Benefits
• Supervision of time keeping and leave management.
• Co-ordinating with the compliance team for Statutory compliances like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, minimum wages etc.,
• Responsible for all the monthly inputs to be given and other employee related information for any changes in the designation, salary, promotion, transfer, termination, resignation, etc.
Performance Appraisal
• Assessing employee performance on a periodical basis.
• Analysing of Performance ratings & Identification of Training needs as per the appraisals.
• Post appraisal process coordination - Release of communication, employee letters and entitlement changes, discussing career path with employees.
Employee Engagement
• Conducting various activities such as Star of the month, Birthday parties, Festival Celebration Arrangements, Weekend Events etc.
Team Management
• Training and Mentoring the HR & Administration team members for effective functioning of HR dept.
Training and Development
• Identifying the training needs of employees in consultation with Heads of Department.
• Liaisoning with managers about the training programs and preparing the training calendar.
• Organizing in-house as well as external training programs and obtain feedback from participants to ensure effectiveness.
Grievance Handling and Employee Relations
• Handling grievance and counselling employees from time to time.
• Responding to employee and manager enquiries regarding corporate HR policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, staffing, leaves and maintaining personal records of employees
Exit Management
• Completing Exit Interviews, analysing and presenting to management on a quarterly basis for necessary corrections.
• Ensuring timely full and final settlement of employees who have resigned.
Other Functions
• Monitoring General Administration i.e. Transportation, Front Office Functions etc.
• Conducting and coordinating Awareness Programs on Health and Safety.
• Logistic arrangement for Visitors.
• Implementing the Buyer’s Ethical Code of Conduct and Policies related to Health, Safety and Quality.
• Documentation according to Buyer Standards.
• Maintaining Wall Magazines.
• Implementing Suggestion Schemes.
