As part of the Group Human Resources department I was mainly responsible of the below:
- Data Entry
- Attendance and related documents (On daily basis)
- Daily update of employees' files
- Drafting templates (dress code policy, Job Description..)
- Dealing with Lebanese and Non-Lebanese recruitment agencies for job vacancies in Lebanon and abroad
- Screening CVs
- Advertising job vacancies with universities, recruitment websites and on social media
- Headhunting through LinkedIn recruiter
- Conducting Exit Interviews
- Updating phone directory on monthly basis
- Preparing the Training plan and curriculum for the whole group based on the Performance Appraisal results and the Group's needs
- Organizing all trainings in Lebanon and Abroad
