In-charge of Central MEP Stores of the Company, having 12 ongoing projects in the region. Centralized control of materials for all ongoing projects of the Region. Tracking of materials, machinery, tools and consumables. Distribution and logistics among the project sites in systematic manner on assimilating the requirement. Port and Cause-way clearance of Import consignments and its follow-up till delivery of consignments. Arranging internal and external audits and liaison with the local authorities for clearances/transportation, etc.
SATROP, (Saudi Aramco-Total) Jubail Export Refinery Construction, SAMCO, Sadara Dealim, Chlorine & Brine, Isosynate, Ras Al Khair Aluminium Smelter Plant, Samsung Rolling Mill, etc. \nIn-charge of Central Warehouse of the Company Located in the Eastern Province, Jubail. Centralized control of materials for 26 ongoing projects of the Region. Tracking of materials, machineries, tools and consumables received for the company, distribution amongst the project sites in systematic manner on assimilating the requirement. Port and Cause-way Clearance of Import consignments and its follow-up till delivery of consignments.
In-charge of the warehouse (Interior finishing items including, high class
Furniture & Palace/5 Star Hotel laying Carpets, etc.) of the company located
in 3 different locations. Right from the project quote level involved in sourcing the
interior items from USA, Europe, China, Malaysia, UAE, etc.
Interior finishing items and furniture are received in the port in containers, clearing the customs, assessment & payment of duties, timely retrieval of containers from the Port, dispatches to the respective project sites and placement in respective rooms and floors after due inspection from the consultants / client.
Assessment of sale identification & display of showroom sale items time to time . Arranging obsolete items disposal through promotional warehouse sale after completion of the statutory requirements from government authorities.
Dealing & corresponding with the suppliers/clearing agent for adhering to the scheduled supply. Ensuring in house Factory manufactured furniture are dispatched in time and forcing the factory for supply schedule.
In-charge of the Technical Warehouse of the Company dealing with York, Media, Cooline Air conditioners. Also, Multi Storey Civil Construction, MEP Works, Civil Maintenance, Air Conditioners Distributors, Sales, HVAC Service Maintenance Contracts, Interior Division & Landscaping etc. in the Island. Incharge of more than 3.6 million worth inventory. \n \nLogistics supply to Sales team, all projects department / division for their day-to-day working. Assessment and identification of commonly used consumables for project works, its timely management and its bulk purchases. \n \nLeading the techno-commercial meetings / negotiations with the suppliers and meeting the company policies and procedures. \n \nTracking of materials, machineries, tools and consumables received for the company, distribution amongst the project sites in systematic manner on assimilating the requirement. Port and Cause-way Clearance of Import consignments and its follow-up till delivery of consignments. \n \nCo-ordination for project requirements with Sales Team, Project Managers and Engineers for day-to-day requirements and its supply. \n \nPhysical verification of materials with the Auditors and providing guidance for smooth internal and external audit.
Maintaining Minimum stock level of all civil construction materials including MEP materials, HVAC, Construction Equipment Spare parts for a fleet of Heavy Plant and Equipment for establishment of a New Township.
Assessment of daily requirement of materials for Civil, MEP, Interior, and Plant Equipments for work sites it purchase locally and external sources.
Assessment and timely arrangement of day-to-day needs of 4-5 Camp mess provided by the company for more than 2000 work-force of company.
Arrangements for the high level meeting and follow-up for corrective measures / decisions, etc.
