•Achieve the company Goals by providing excellent customer services by delivering the materials base on client requirements and priorities.

• Review sales contracts of products and align with the meeting agreements( Eg Cost, Issues, Shipments’ delivery terms ext…) between the buyer & supplier
• Follow-up shipment and delivery of products by the supplier to destination & investigate shipment delay ( if situation occurs )
• Make comprehensive checking of shipping document (eg Invoice, packing list …)
• Daily Organize; shipping & sales report for Chairman & CEO
• Prepare payment update for the manage due to suppliers
• Manage inventories and monitoring the stock level
• Planned, scheduled and monitored transportation of all orders to all our agents/clients and issue the necessary invoices
• Follow up issue relevant to each product, should there be any problems arise, in addition to coordinate between suppliers & MOH or MOT authorities
• Follow up the registration for any new product, should the company wishes to launch new item in the market.
• Monitor clients Financial statement, and notify them for any overdue in payment.
• Improved and innovated operational standards and ensured that all policy and procedures are followed at all levels.
• Direct contact and coordination with all our main Brands distributors
• Monitor, all sales Vs sales Target of all SKU’s .
• Plan and set yearly sales & order forecast target for all items
• Audit all clearing fees from the port and check monitor clients payments.
• Other tasks related to MOT announcement such as, arranging all required documents related to tender and follow up with our team, in case our company decided to participate.

• Planning shipments as per Sales Orders received from Logistics Dept. for company branches & Iraq. For IBU, Iran & Levant as per Preformed Invoice & Sales Order
• Reserve stock as per requirement & availability by using stock booking format in order to make sure & monitor that stock allocated/reserved is proportionate to the forecast of each BU OR as per priorities given
• Arrange Inspection of Finished Goods (F/G), if required, as per instructions given & strictly follow the procedure for the same .
• Make sure that all require documents are available in order to ship ( Certificate Of Origin, Health certificate, Invoice Packing List And Certificate Of Conformity )
• Coordination with Inspection companies on issuing certificate of conformity ( Bureau Veritass, Baltic Control, Cotecna, …)
• Arrange trucks & containers from different transportation & shipping companies .Thus Performing shipment booking for all outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with forwarders & shipping lines regarding Vessel, Documentation (bill of lading) & Export shipments
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & yearly shipment reports.Plus sales report
• Coordinate with insurance companies to insure the goods dispatching to various destinations.
• Provide detail of outgoing shipment to all parties responsible for ensuring an on-time delivery to customers.
• In addition to the above, involving in other tasks, such as On-Line applications of HC, COO etc., submission & Collection of documents from various Govt. Depts, when required by the Management.
• Provide full cover for the Operations Manager in the event of his absence on business or vacation.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
• Responsible for adhering to all aspects of local commercial laws and Import/Export.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
• Implement all company policies with respect to Operations and QA
• Assist with the supervision Operations, QA and Warehouse staff.
• Other responsibilities as allocated from time to time
