Job Profile
· Preparing and get Client approval for HSE Plan and Hazard/Risk assessment for all Construction activities including high potential risk and non-routine activities. Ensuring that HSE Standards & Procedure are adopted throughout the project and that all activities documented.
· Investigating and carrying out corrective actions related to safety and environmental issues
· Providing management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001) support, auditing, and ensure that audits are completed on schedule and that resultant action plans are implemented.
· Managing HSE team in the investigation and appraisal of HSE related incidents, facilitate investigations of all accidents and develop remedial actions to reduce HSE risk.
· Preparing weekly / Monthly HSE statistics report, training plan and site inspection reports.
· Designing, coordinating, and implementing emergency preparedness plans, procedures and training/drills.
· Conducting HSE meetings as per Company HSE plan and taking part in Safety Committee meetings, project meetings and highlight and follow up HSE concerns and ensure Contractors comply.
· Tracking and identifying applicable laws & regulations with specific emphasize on Air & Water Quality, Noise and hazardous waste to evaluate the potential impact of these laws on the operations of facilities.
· Actively lead to put in place safety incentives and other safety promotional programs aim to increase the cooperativeness and safety awareness of site workers
· Inspecting workplaces, processes, products or other systems for compliance with established safety and occupational health policies or standards and to identify potential new hazards
Project: Infrastructure Works with both Baniyas East-EB11 &NB1 and Mohamed Bin Zayed City Z35 C2&C3, ABU DHABI

Job Profile
• Develope & execute health and safety plans in according to legal guidelines and OSHAD System Framework for Abu Dhabi
• Enforce company HSE policy, implement HSE systems, issue company safety notices and safety violation notifications
• Prepare Risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, etc. with respect to Method statements for construction operations
• Inspect sites and conduct safety audits to identify hazards, substandard conditions and unsafe acts
• Devise and implement preventive and control measures against risk, hazards & unsafe practices to ensure safety
• Ensure Emergency preparedness by conducting Emergency mock-drills at site
• Monitor the Health Safety & Environmental matters related to construction activities
• Analyze and report accidents/incidents, HSE statistics, and identify trends to develop/implement CAPA

• Carried out occasional site walk through inspections& compliance verification audit on client’s facilities, offshore (island)
• Participated in SIMOP review meetings, conducted MOC review on changes involving construction activities and the interface with existing operational activities on live facilities
• SIMOP Activities included Amine unit overhaul; daily oil & gas samplings, well injection, separation unit, degassing and compressor manifolds, storage tanks against NDT test on welded internal structure of pipe; micro & macro bore piling operation; completion of foundation; critical tendon lift of modules (pipe racks); earthwork movement and much more.

Project: Joint Industrial Fuel Farm (JIFF) Oil Terminal - Dubai
• Reviewed & approved contractors and Projects HSE documentations and designs on all phases of the project
• Coordinated Management Audit and implementation of its recommended actions
• Reviewed and approve pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up procedures and Operating & Maintenance manuals

Engineering Project of new fuel unloading marine terminal (Jetty) #2 at Rabigh power plant located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
