• Logging, Receiving and Grooming of Documents.
• Sorting and filing of BIR Forms according to company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Batching of documents and making transmittals for every batch.
• Printing the transmittals and the documents in the box assigned that has labels according to the sorted procedure.
• Verifying documents inside the boxes by cross checking the transmittal for Archiving Procedure.
• Maintaining the documents error-free for the following process.
