Simulation
Saad Specialist Hospital has the most complete and Simulation Centre in the GCC with six state of the art simulation labs including, ICU, OR, ER, L&D, NICU and standard patient care simulation and training facilities. As head of the simulation services the multi-disciplinary management including the design, program development, scenario design, technical and day to day management of the facility formed part of the scope of responsibilities.

-Interpret Engineering drawings and scales to ratio
-Establish objectives for new medical engineering fields
-Budget planning vs. Forecasing

-Preventative maintenance to agreed service levels and schedules
-Sufficient understanding of equipment, respond appropriately to requests following breakdowns
-Participate in an all-call schedule to ensure patient care is not interrupted by malfunction or breakdown of biomed equipment
-Work under own initiative to ensure service provided by department fully enhances care provided to patients
-Comply with rules and regulations that operate including Health and Safety requirements, dress code, etc.
