• preparing and analyzing costing for tenders;
• allocating work to subcontractors;

• analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
• valuing completed work and arranging payments;
• maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
• understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
• Provide precise/effective planning and installation of mechanical requirements
• Directly supervises the mechanical sub-contractors/vendors to ensure timely completion of projects. Review programs to ensure mechanical contractors/vendors are in compliance with the organization contract requirements.
• Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modifications
• Identifies any deficiencies and notifies mechanical contractors/vendors to ensure corrections are made as projects progress
• Coordinates Services (Shop) Drawings for MEP services, liaison with Architects and Consultants, liaison internally with other trades.
• Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Engineer on day to day quality issues at site.
• Monitor Construction Safe Working/Activities on Site, Inspects Work Preparation
• Inspects Completed Work and Reviews Work Plans
• Interpret Engineering Drawings/ Mechanical Plans
• Communicating with Consultants and external firms to undertake engineering services such as shop drawings evaluation and approval
• Coordinating with the Planning Department to stay informed of projects’ schedules and follow up on project’s progress
• Coordinating with project’s managers to ensure that structural specifications and standards are being followed as designed
• Perform conceptual estimating with minimal information and have the ability to visualize
• Ability to interpret conceptual and schematic construction drawings, narratives and outlines
• Provide technical support to production line and ensure product requirements and standard specifications are met all the time.
