• Secured permission for team access towards governmental secure areas in order to provide their services, facilitated tours around the refinery plant in descriptive details to ensure best/quickest service to the clients.
• Efficaciously handled challenging job of sourcing sub-contractors who best fit to deliver work including excavation and installation of electrical wires under the compliance of ARAMCO guidelines.
• Managed stakeholder expectations by ensuring that the project is running as per schedule and would be completed on time within the cost.

Accomplishments:
• Developed proposal for the government grant of 5 million SR to provide Mina’s slaughter house with efficient equipment to keep the storage area cold & freezing and clean.
• Acted as SPOC for execution of various contracts, settlement of invoice, payments, and completion certificate.
