Administrative and Marketing assistant and such reasonable and lawful duties as may be assigned to me from time to time by the company.
• Selling & marketing property of the company;
• Consult with the CR Manager to determine the course of action
• Find out to which extend the customers are satisfied.
• Prepare a report for collection.
• Email and call the clients on time and remind them about the payment.
• Give the feed back to the management.
• Create client profile ( receipts, booking forms, plan payments)
• Fill out a detailed daily report and forward it to the CR Manager.
• Report the client problems to the authority and find solutions for it.
• Cooperate with finance, accounts, stock controller and contract department.
• Help customers in completing purchase or transactions.
• Give information about projects-launching, brochures to the clients.
• Confirmation of TNT delivery.
