• Performs daily Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of establishments
• Responds to unscheduled and emergency service requests.
• Trouble shoots, maintains and repairs of HVAC systems and components.
• Trouble shoots different types of Air-conditioning and cooling equipment.
• Installs and performs commissioning of new equipment.
• Helps in product defect troubleshooting to improve yield and gives ideas for yield improvement, cost reduction, etc.
• Has the ability to identify the compressors, condensers, evaporators, metering devices, etc.
• Familiar with soldering (copper tubing).
• Paints, drywall, fixes electrical, plumbing, ceramic tiles, and general repair.
• Installs sinks and counter tops.
• Responsible for accomplishing reports, Diagnoses problems in HVAC, refrigerators, heaters, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Communicates effectively with project members, including contractors, subcontractors, inspection officers, co-workers and homeowners.

• Installs air conditioning units (package, split, window type, air-handling (AHU) and all kinds of air-conditioning units.
• Conducts weekly preventive maintenance of all HVAC units (chillers, split, package, window type units)
• Cleans and replaces air filters, hepa filters, filter bags, evaporator pins and coils, fan belts, pneumatic controls, air duct dampers, and three way motorized valves.
• Repairs and troubleshoots remote controlled air-conditioning units.
• Welds, brazes and joins copper tubes used in air-conditioning
• Repairs and trouble shoots all defective electrical tools.
