- Assisting the Government Relations Officer with visa process etc.
- Increasing corporate clientele by networking, meeting and exploring avenues for business
- Converting walk-in candidates to enroll for professional courses through effective consultation

Transport
- Manage transport fleet of 6 official vehicles, and 4 fleet drivers ensuring that month end checks are completed and vehicles are serviced as per schedule
- Co-ordinate transport bookings according to the Embassy’s Transport Policy.
- Management of transport programme of all official & Ministerial visits.
- Responsible for monitoring all vehicle budgets including petrol cost, servicing, Salik and additional transport costs
Estates
- Responsible for transit accommodation ensuring the properties are ready for new visitors.
- Maintaining Technical team diary ensuring their work schedule is correctly prioritised.
- Ownership of all Inventories for all residential properties; office furniture and stores

Reception
- Day to day management of the embassy reception.
