• Collect & analyze information about As-Is processes from stakeholders.
• Model As-Is process workflow & review it with stakeholders.
• Create As-Is process manual & review it with stakeholders.
• Publish As-Is process workflow & process manuals in Excellence Portal.
• Do A Quality Assurance check for every process before publishing it
• Analyze workforce to organizational units
• Models “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using EPC and BPMN2.0
• Conducts interviews with various business organizational units to gain insight on current state of processes.
Process Improvement:
• Conduct workshops with process stakeholders in order to improve the process using BPTrend Methodology
• Determine & schedule processes that are subject of improvement.
• Conduct workshops with all process stakeholders.
• Analyze process, list all problems & root causes of problems that affect process performance.
• Suggest solutions to eliminate all problem root causes.
