• Perform troubleshooting, repair and rectification of any problem occur in all machineries in production, utilities and other equipments inside the company.
• Knowledgeable in PLC Controllers (Siemens, Mitsubishi brand), Siemens Simatics S7 PLC, Siemens Simatic ET 200SP Interface Modules, Siemens Sinamic Drives, Siemens Micro Masters 440, Danfus Controller, Luwa for Chillers, Pneumatics and Motor Controls.
• Install and do wiring connection of Local Area Network ( LAN ), Ethernet Switches used in industrial machines.
• Understands and familiarizes technical data on all support equipment & facility system & reviews them for optimum efficiency.
• Develops programs for the improvement of utilities and production equipments/machineries.
• Check the Machines performance based on daily checklist.
