assistance of the consultant with their travel concern.
Assist consultant and customers with their flight changes.
Providing tips and techniques for consultants in handling complex travel issues.
Provide expertise in handling customer’s hotel reservations.
Make sure that concerns of the customer with their hotel will be handled properly.
Make sure to pass the book to call ratio with at least 2 sales in 3 calls.
