• Provide general administrative and support services supervision.
• Processing new client registration requests in a timely manner
• Obtaining registration information and updating documents on the organisation's database
• Consistently checking emails for new client registration opportunities
• Providing support to the team with RFP tasks and assisting them with uploading required documents
• Keeping track of any new information on the client's portal (e.g., deadlines, RFPs, etc.)
• Follow-up bidding, proposals, Inquiries, quotations, Purchase order
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
• Responsible for obtaining, Negotiating Quotations based on required specifications and to proceed
order based on Cost competitiveness, ensuring Supply Chain policies, processes, procedures, and
standards.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documentations on all solicitations, responses,
purchases, contracts, correspondences and follow ups with daily reporting to the management.
• Regular follow ups for delivery, Shipment tracking, co-coordinating with production and Shipping dept.
to ensure the material availability as per required timeframe
• Responsible for keeping inventory operations smooth and efficient in the forwarded stock room.
• Processing inventory orders, logging items that have been received and items that have been taken
from inventory and physically moving products.
• Preparing and applying shipping and mailing labels to items that are being shipped out the company
to fulfill orders or replace damaged stock.
