- Drawing up the plan for achieving sales targets by exploring the opportunity for new business from the existing jobs & from new customer.
- Negotiating new FM Business. Responsibility includes understanding the customer requirement, drawing up project plan, plan for mitigating the identified risks, requirement of the resources & cost estimation.

- Leading & guiding the team in ensuring compliance to all Safety norms to minimize / achieve targets through appropriate training, tool box talk & implementing proper PPE/ safety equipment at site.
- Troubleshot and resolved complex technical problems.
- Regular meeting with customer to bridge the gap, if any, during the execution of project.
- Judiciously supervising site activities including man and material management while providing technical inputs for methodologies of maintenance,

•Monitoring Mean Time Between Failure & Mean Time to repair of equipments and trending the same as preventive action to eliminate the cause of similar type of failure
•Ensuring timely attendance of all guest complaints to reduce the downtime
•Planning & carrying out of seasonal shutdown works
•Planning of material movement to ensure the availability of required spare to reduce downtime
•Co-ordination with other department & government authorities to ensure the availability & proper integration of system as per the requirement,
•Generate, Implement & monitoring of various reporting module,
•Preparation of annual budget & controlling of the expanses.
