My Roles and Responsibilities
o Reporting directly to the UAE based Managing Director and keep updated regularly
o Overseeing all aspects of the Saudi Arabia operation, primarily undertaking Service Agreements
o Managing, leading and motivating a team of 25 including Engineers and Technicians
o Monitoring the budgets and performance of the Saudi Arabia branch
o Building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s key customers in country
o Ensuring equipment & machines packing transport logistics
o Set and ensure KPI targets are achieved
o Adhering to Company’s Health & Safety, Quality and Equality policies
