It operates a fleet around (4000) buses, plying 900 daily scheduled trips, connecting 600 cities, towns & villages Kingdom-wide.
Accomplishments:
• Established departmental goals, objectives, standards and technology roadmaps. Championed sizeable projects for the enterprise to accelerate business capabilities and performance.
• Entrusted to set direction and policy for SAPTCO regarding technology platforms, partners & practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Established and implemented short and long-term plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.
• Instituted policies and procedures supporting responsible infrastructure system life cycles.
• Partnered with executive teams to determine business process and productivity needs and prepared an associated technology strategy to support these identified business goals.

• Supervised ISMS and led the team to obtain ISO 270001 certification for Organization.
• Consolidated, standardized and shaped business processes and design and implement projects to harmonize ways of working and maximize efficiency.
