In charge of working under Project Management Team (SAPMT) with a professional team from various nationalities and with di erent disciplines
(Construction, Communication, IT, Mechanical Electrical & instrumentation, Civil, Cost) to complete the project as per the scope of work, and deliver
the project on time and within budget.
Responsible for Managing project of Well Tie-in (Oil & Water wells), Flow-line &Trunk Pipeline Projects in AFK Oil Field.
Planning and schedule management of NAOUPD projects, and Implementing HSE policy at Project Site.
Estimating costs, and managing budget for NAOUPD projects, and management of Project Risks Make sure the projects are executed Safely inline
with company Safety standards
Coordination with inspection department for material & construction qualities issues to maintain company quality standards, and invoice
verification of contractors.
Monitoring of project progress and reporting to the higher management Management and coordination of various departments of Aramco
related to our projects.
Initiation of projects, awarding of contracts, closing of projects with all deliverables. and Invoice verification of contractors
Communicating visions of management and other aspects to all employees, and establishing Regular meetings and identify all critical paths and
support the team to manage the risk.
Completed on time all safety courses; such as confined space entry, work permits. Technical support to the contractors by coordinating with
Design Dept., and monitoring construction Progress & supervision Weekly project progress meeting with contractors.
Projects Design review & Material expediting to site by coordinating with design & material Dept. Review and verification of additional scope of
work (JSI).
