• Own the development and enhancements of internally developed payment gateway (PGW) solution.
• Successfully launched and managed 6 fully integrated payment channels which includes, banks, online bill payments, IVR and recharge vouchers
• Created the robust operational framework, and has kept the failed and inaccurate payment allocation less than 0.1%
• Setting up of VPC (virtual payment client) to integrate with merchant acquiring bank provided Mastercard gateway (MIGS) for seamless payment authorization and allocation.
• Responsible for integrating user assisted EFTPOS machines with POS (NTS Wincash) and setting up new SKU codes for bill payments for accurate reporting that drives payment strategy
• Liaison with the senior stakeholders in banks and other channel partners for settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks and refunds.
• Ensuring PCI compliance across all payment channels
• Managing a team of three people to carry out daily operational activities and providing second level customer support.

• Carried out daily payment reconciliations between the POS (NTS Wincash) and BSS (Siebel and BRM) in the absence of integration between the two systems
• Worked as Project lead with external consultants such as Delloite, Booz &co and E&Y to define three-year payment strategy.
• Responsible for driving the requirements for new payment channels, coordination with internal stakeholders such as finance and technology for risk management, integration with payment gateway (Macalla) and downstream BSS
• Introducing promotional scheme to increase the channel utilization.
• Prepared and presented business cases to senior management for new payment channels
• During my stay in VIVA I successfully managed to launch 4 new payment channels, which includes Online, IVR, Direct debit, self-service machines
• Ensured that monthly postpaid billing for voice and broadband subscribers is accurately carried out within the agreed SLA and with minimal impact on customer experience

• Administration and troubleshooting of core payment gateway application developed using CORBA architecture
• Integration of new payment channels with downstream BSS systems
• Administration and troubleshooting of interconnect and roaming billing system
