Mansour Al Mosaid is the one of leading group of companies in KSA. My duties and responsibilities
including the following:
 To oversee payment, billing, recovery & treasury sections of the finance department.
 Recording/Reporting all transactions and accounting (payments, recipts, reinsurance, claims)
up to finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
 To prepare the documentation of trade finance (Export & Import Letter of credit).
 Review and Approve Supplier Invoices Related to the Projects.
 To prepare pre-feasibility reports on new projects.
 Create all Project-related Billings to Customers
 Compile Information for Internal and External Auditors, as required
 Respond to requests for more detail from Customers

 To prepare daily cash position for ensuring optimum utilization of fund.
 To supervise the payment section in verification of payments request.
 To prepare and verify balance reconciliations with payables/receivables.
 To conduct physical stock count of inventory and investigate variances and to reconcile
inventory with General Ledger.
 To prepare financial planes and budget.
