• Work with project management and the technology team to assess project benefits, impact and provide recommendations/proposed solutions to customers.
• To undertake high level technical architecture & design activities on projects of work, working alongside our development partners.
• Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of key architecture & design decision conflicts.
• Evaluate 3rd party solutions, performing detailed technical assessments and advising business on integration and technical fit into existing architecture landscape.

• Run design authority sessions, in collaboration with other solution architects, evaluating proposed designs against established standards and architecture framework
• Identify opportunities for innovation & supports the development of the Business Technology Strategy.

• Implementing ERP in organization covering the technical and process aspects for Distribution, Inventory, Maintenance and Manufacturing. Involved in more than four implementations covering processes of Plastics, Wires, Cables and Maintenance industries.

My Project
Developed software named FirmManager which focuses on different modules such as Accounting, Assets Management, Inventory, Operations, HR and Payroll. The software is highly customizable with dynamic reporting system. Tools used were VB.NET 2008, SQL Server 2008, Dev Express Controls, DevComponents for Right to left features.
Also designed the network architecture for communication of software between different clients located at different branches.

My Projects
Designed and developed the software Strata CRM which was a customizable software for development of screens and logic related to different call center campaigns for low end developers.
Tools used were Visual Studio 2008, development was based on VB.NET and controls used were developed using WPF.
Designed softwares/campaigns using old Strata CRM for Charter, AT&T, Yamaha US, Honda Canada Bike, BMW and VolksWagen. Software included use of SSIS packages and .NET reporting, the main logic development was based on either C#.NET or VB.NET as per the requirements.
Developed the call center application to communicate with the underlying hardware to connect calls over the network

My Tasks
Attend daily training for consultancy which discussed different management principles and developed leadership skills, the initial trainings were also based on developing interpersonal skills.
Provide consultation to small firms and university students regarding the development of the software according to the industry standards and helping them out with their internal software designs and logic.
Give training for VB.NET, C#.NET and Java to new-comers to help understand basics of the language to easily determine the use of different languages according to the software being built.

My Tasks
Attend weekly Microsoft meetings to discuss different ideas of promoting the Microsoft Technologies all over the country.
Give hand on trainings at different universities regarding the Microsoft products such as new operating systems usages. Training on use of SQL server and VS 2008 for developers.
Arrange technology seminars in different universities as well as country level seminars to promote Microsoft products.
Develop teams from different universities with innovative ideas to participate in one of the world leading competition which is the Imagine Cup. We were also responsible to groom their ideas and be their helping hands.
Update the Microsoft regional committee on weekly basis regarding the progress of the assigned tasks and responsibilities.
