As Office Administrator I’m responsible for providing support to the Chief of Party (COP) and the staff in different fields including assistant the COP with scheduling meetings and making appointments, taking notes, and typing and distributing minutes of meetings. I was worked closely with the staff including: the COP, Operations/Compliance Director, Human Resources Director, Regional Director, Communication Specialist, Finance Director, Contracts/ Procurement Manager, IT Specialist, and other staff from the regional offices and I was also responsible for ensuring that all office equipment, computers and IT equipment are serviced and maintained, and arranging the use of conference rooms and training centers. Also demonstrate proficiency in all job responsibilities and work towards developing mastery of the position.
