•Making sure to receive Purchase Order from Client, if they approve the financial proposal made and forward the Purchase Order to finance department.
•Informing the Finance department to issue invoice for a project based on financial proposal terms of payment.
•Informing the client about the expiry of their Service Level Agreement or contract and taking measures to renew it.
•Setup executive team travel arrangements.
•Setup accommodation arrangement for company visitors.
•Answer telephone and handle in appropriate manner.
•Assist logistic officer in sending envelope and package through FedEx, Aramex etc.
•Receive and sign for UPS/ FedEx/ Aramex packages.
• Operating office equipments such as photocopy machine, fax and scanner.
