Manage the demand planning, supply strategy, logistics, and
supply chain execution and lead sales forecasting process to
build a consensus of regional demand plans using statistical
model, marketing intelligence, and financial inputs.
Ensure that ongoing supply plans are in line with projected
sales forecasts, whilst optimizing inventory levels and
minimizing out-of-stock with the correct relationship between
the customer demands, the production plan, and the master
plan.
Manage the correct replenishment to the plant from raw
materials and packing materials with correct storage of raw
materials and finished products, constantly optimizing the
space and monitoring compliance with the safety regulations.
Leading the demand planning processes (Trade and Tenders)
for our distributors & third party and keeping a close eye on
their inventory stock levels,
Develop a logistic system that will ensure my "Cold Chain"
deliveries will run efficiently and safely with controlled cost to
the nominated destination at the right time.
Distribution optimization to adhere to tight delivery plans.
Supervise staff, including training, setting expectations, and
holding team members accountable, including progressive discipline.

Developing methodologies, processes, and models
required to create a demand plan based on the input
from both forecasting & historical data, sales, customer &
marketing team as well as new product development
strategies
Work closely with local sales team and distributors to
improve their product forecasting via generating
forecasts using statistical tools, incorporating Market
Intelligence/Promotional plans, and working with the first-
line sales managers to reflect market trends into the
forecast pattern.
Drive Commercial Review Meetings every month and
present the unresolved gaps to senior management with
an in-depth analysis of major brands and agree on
forwarding strategies.
Ensure all supply chain KPIs have been reviewed during
the consensus forecasting process, major variances can
be explained, targets set and agreed with senior
management, and action plans developed to drive
continuous improvement.
Roll out the End to End Supply Chain Processes. ERP super
user for HB group (Go-Live 2014).
Manage Out of Stock situations that may arise in the
markets on a priority basis, and involve all necessary
parties to ensure
the mitigation of the same at the earliest.
Follow up on warehouses quality standards.
