i was working in du contact centre more than 5 years where i have been in a many cutsomer care area like (call centre inbound call, Email Team using Outlook, Ciso System replying to external and internal emails as Well the Back Office
I worked in Magrudy Book Shop 5 months as customer service assistant where I have experience sailing the Books and organizing the books in Alphabetical order and according to their lecture
I worked in Phyris Cosmetic in period of 4 months as customer service agent sailing the Germany product to the customer all over the uae by making inbound calls and taking appointment so someone from the company will visit the cm with agree timing from the customer side
Responsible for the management, organization and co-ordination of the day to day work of a team of customer service officers.
Liaising with the relevant account managers to ensure that customer objectives are being met.
Ensure a high level of customers focus (internally & externally) with du care and attention to customer priority issues and appropriate levels of customer communications.
Ensure that regular audits of communications are performed and that appropriate training is provided to personnel in this area.
